Skills and Experience

Through my education and my own projects I have gained many skills, and gained experience with many facets of game development.

Game Design (4 years)

The majority of my time in game development has been focused on Game Design, from ideation and prototyping to mechanic design, balancing and polishing. The games that I have worked on can be seen in the Games tab. In addition to this, I have a number of solo projects that include game design documents, game prototypes and a card game.

Unity Development and C# Programming (4 years)

Unity has been the tool I have been using for every game I have developed. This includes both the 3D environment when working on Behemoth Protocol, and 2D environment when working on Press S To Fall and Mountain Climbers. In addition, both Press S To Fall and Mountain Climbers have given me C# programming experience, and experience with the Unity 2D engine.

Playtesting and Quality Assurance (1 year)

As a part of my Game Design degree, I gained experience in preparing and conducting playtesting, as well as evaluation of playtesting results to iterate and improve the game and player experience.  In addition, I have experience in writing QA test plans and QA testing from my work on Behemoth Protocol.

Narrative, Writing and Story Telling

Writing stories and building worlds has been a hobby of mine for a long time, and I always have a few projects I am working on at a time. The projects a work on include general world building, short stories and game narratives. The stories I have written can be found on the Projects page under Stories and Narratives.
