Week 9: New Art and New Levels

Additions:

This week I designed 2 small levels, and built one level. These levels are based around the No Fall Zones.

On top of this, I built an extra level for the end of the game.

During the week, I continued making art for the game. This week I did the Spikes, Lava and Coins.

Lastly, I setup a basic start and end screen. As well, as starting to track time, deaths and coins.

Changes:

With the new art assets, I went back through the existing and replaced existing spikes/lava with the new art.

Challenges:

- I had trouble deciding what type of level I wanted to make for the last level, and so decided ending up making extra levels. These types of levels included Doors/Keys, No Fall Zones and Moving Platforms.

- I also attempted to draw/animate a player/character

Plans for next week:

- Design the last level + build the remaining two levels

- Draw the art for Moving Platforms + improve coin art + key art
